WHERE ARE YOUR BASED?

We are an online business and we do not have a public store to pickup from.

WHERE ARE THE BAGS MADE?

We source our bags from Artisans worldwide. Each bag is handmade and so takes at least a week before it is shipped.

WHAT IS THIS STORE’S RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY?

Returns are accepted if the product you received is not as in the photos on that product’s page or is damaged in any way upon opening the package. In either case you would need to send us photos/videos of the issue and upon inspection we can offer you a full refund or we can send you the same bag again as replacement.

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?

We ship from different locations so some items may arrive earlier than others. If you’d like to know the status of your other items, please use the Contact Us form with your name and order number.

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOMS FEES?

Most items will not be subject to customs fees, however we are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing from our site, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be subject to customs fees when they arrive.

WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE?

If you plan to give one of our items as a gift, we recommend buying the items at least 4 weeks before the occasion. There is a risk that the item will not arrive on time. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive before the occasion.
